Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior HR Executive who will be responsible for managing key HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, be proactive, and have excellent interpersonal skills. This role involves leadership responsibilities and strategic HR planning.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work culture by organizing team-building activities and employee wellness programs.
  • HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure company policies align with labor laws and best HR practices.
  • Performance Management: Develop and oversee performance appraisal systems and career development plans.
  • Payroll & Benefits: Collaborate with finance for payroll processing and manage employee benefits.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs for employees.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address employee grievances and ensure a harmonious workplace.
  • Strategic HR Planning: Assist in designing long-term HR strategies and succession planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in an IT/Tech company.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Proven experience in leading HR projects and handling high-level HR responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and people management skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
